Yes. We offer flexible AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) options that cover scheduled audits, cable re-labeling, moves-adds-changes, and emergency call-outs. Most clients renew these annually because having a team that already knows your infrastructure is more efficient than starting fresh with a new contractor.

We follow TIA-942 (the international data center infrastructure standard), ISO/IEC 11801 (generic cabling), and BICSI best practice guidelines. This matters because standards compliance means your infrastructure passes government audits, insurer reviews, and vendor certifications — without rework. It also means the next contractor who works on your site can understand exactly what was built.

Absolutely — this is one of our most common engagements. We start with a full audit to identify what's active, what's orphaned, and what's at risk. Then we remediate in phases: removing dead cables, re-routing, re-labeling, and creating documentation from scratch. You end up with a clean, manageable infrastructure and a full record of every port.

We price by project scope — not by the run or the hour. After a site visit (or technical brief for RFQ projects), we provide a fixed-price quotation covering materials, installation, testing, and documentation. No surprises at handover. VAT-compliant quotations are provided per ZATCA requirements.
